We had a terrible experience during our stay at the hotel. Hindi channels were not available on tv. Room service was pathetic, even after requesting no body came to clean up. All used glasses were piled up during our stay. Staff was oblivious throughout.

Very clean and neat room. It would be great if they have complimentary breakfast. Rooms are clean and well maintained.

Very bad experience room not clean properly especially bathroom. Intercom is not working

The service was good, the room was big and spacious but my only complain is about cleanliness and lack of ventilation on this hotel, the rest everything was perfect. The front desk was very helpful and kind.

The hospitality and the food given by the hotel is outstanding.. Feel to come again and again.... The staff and manager joined with us like a family....the atmosphere and the rythem was superb.... The scenary is just like feel in ootty. Thankyou
