Rooms are good but need to be properly cleaned and maintained. The kettle provided was not cleaned, there were water stains. So unable to use. When complained it was neglected by the lady manager. Direct involvement of the management to be there in proper supervision of the property. Very near to Guruvayoor temple. I had an offer for 2 night stay without bill for Rs.3000/-, and had opted the stay without bill. Front desk guy was helpful. Good property.

The staff were polite and helpful. The room is spacious with good storage space, comfortable bed, plus clean toilet, washroom. Definitely a wonderful place to stay.

Nice & clean property, bed and the amenities provided are similar to a five star hotel. Only drawback is lack of staff at the Reception. Most of the times, a Receptionist is unavailable. They also have a bar, next to the Reception area. Lot of people are entering the Hotel Reception to get the stuff, this is also a disturbing scene.
