If renting the main house only, please leave parking spaces clear directly in front of the guesthouse (last time…casita) for their parking convenience.Guest accessThere are a couple of host closets in the house that are not for guest use. Also the garage and one small outdoor shed are for host access only. All of the quaint-coziness you can handle and the abundance of Nature that surrounds await your arrival. ...Just 6 mi to the SNP entrance!The spaceThe casita shares its property with the main house that it's on. Please use side gate beside main house to gain access to the entry door located on the side of the casita. Once you've gained entry you can utilize the sliding glass door to more conveniently move between your vehicle and the casita to transport your personal travel items.Guest accessYou have access to the side gate to gain entry to the casita, the back gate to explore the back grounds, and of course, the parking area directly in front of the casita. Note: if you street park you'll have a better view of the grounds from the sliding glass door of the casita. But do whatever works for you!There is a small storage area designated for host use that is located beneath the hot water heater cabinet. Enjoy a stay on our 380 acre private ranch that shares a property line with Sequoia National Park. The ranch is located just minutes away from the park entrance!The ranch has plenty of private outdoor space to explore including over a mile of the Kaweah River, one of the only deep water swimming areas around, ponds, and a 60ft waterfall. Our property is great for the hiking, bird watching, swimming, or fishing enthusiast! A map of the land and its features will be provided upon arrival.The Cabin:The cabin features a cozy and inviting interior, with plenty of natural light and rustic charm. A fifth sleeping arrangement is available via a fold-down futon, best for a child or small adult (dimensions: 66.1" length x 39.4" width).New for Summer of 2025, upgraded appliances including a stove, dishwasher, and microwave have been added to the kitchen. A new couch has been added to the living room and the bedding and towels are new as well.After a day of hiking amongst the redwoods, unwind in the comfortable living area, or enjoy a quiet evening out and relax on the new patio furniture. Enjoy the view of the mountains over a glass of wine by the firepit and keep your eyes peeled for any of the surrounding wildlife.Guest Access:You will have access to this private cabin and the 380 acres of private land shared only between our 5 cabins.As a guest of the ranch, we will provide you with directions to the cabin ahead of your stay. We recommend downloading Google map directions ahead of time due to AT&T being the only cellular service available. The cabins do have complimentary Wi-Fi for use during your stay.With an hour or more of notice our co-host, Kori, can meet you at the ranch entrance to answer any questions or help point you in the direction of your cabin.Other Things to Note: The ranch is made up of 380 acres of private land reserved for use by only our cabin guests (5 total cabins). Cabins are located on unpaved roads within the ranch property. There is Wi-Fi in the cabin with cellular service available (AT&T only). We hope you encounter some of the amazing wildlife during your stay, we ask that you please keep all food contained within the cabin.Although the ranch shares a property line with Sequoia National Park, the gates are about a 15-minute drive away. Be sure to reference the trail map for our favorite hikes within the private ranch and suggestions for other loved trails within the national park. The space is a newly built (2022) custom property with two private modern Suites (Red Mountain Suite and Ash Mountain Suite). The Red Mountain Suite is very spacious (450 sq feet) with amazing mountain views! The Suite has a queen bed, private shower, toilet and dressing area as well as a dining table, electric fireplace and Roku TV. Also, the Suite has a kitchenette with a wet bar, mini refrigerator, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, teapot, dishes and utensils. We provide complementary coffee, tea and a snack basket with oatmeal, popcorn, healthy snack packs, protein bars, chocolates & bottled water. A perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy nature with magnificent views of Ash Peak and Red Mountain. Also, our location is wonderful for bird watching during the day and stargazing at night. We have a propane BBQ grill with two picnic areas as well as a meadow to enjoy.We are located in the quaint, artistic mountain town of Three Rivers. There are many restaurants, shops and activities to explore. The top rated Gateway Restaurant is a local favorite and located ¼ mile away. Breathtaking river views, delicious food, full bar and open 365 days a year serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also, The Totem Market is less than 1 mile away. The Totem is a small market with casual food, deli, BBQ, beer, wine & supplies. Perfect location to pick up goodies for your picnic basket! Both The Gateway and The Totem Market rent chains if needed.We offer our guests convenient and private self check in. You can check yourself in using the keypad. Your personal 4 digit keypad code will be sent to you 5 days prior to your check in date. Check in time is 3:00pm. The Suite is often ready earlier and we are happy to offer an early check in when available.We have safe and secure parking available on the property. The Suite includes one designated parking space. We can accommodate a second car next door upon request. Please inquire if needed. Wi-Fi and phone reception can be spotty in the Sequoia National Park area. We are thrilled to have Spectrum high speed internet on our property. Phone reception is excellent when you turn on “wi-fi calling” on your cell phone.Our guests have access to all areas of the property.
