The staff here at the front desk is amazing! From the person that checked me in, who is also in law school, to the manager Diann, they were all great! It was very relaxing. My family and I were in town to drop my son off to college. They were very supportive when asking why you are visiting. They gave me congratulations on my son's accomplishments and invited us to stay again when we come to visit. We will definitely stay here. It is close to so many restaurants and the pool area is very serene. It's a new hotel so everything is clean, nice, and upgraded! I love the security they have! You can't even get on the elevator without using the key card! It's great! I normally stay Airbnb, but this experience might bring me back to hotels!!

Our room had been remodeled recently. Nice, but it's about 2 feet too narrow. Everything is a tight squeeze. The mini fridge is tiny and has no freezer. The toilet paper holder broke. The TV is big and new, but it constantly pixilates and drops out. Bad signal. Channels are limited. There is no video adjustment. When I try to stream Netflix, the picture is way too dark. Therefore, the TV was bad. The Keurig coffee maker is finicky. The breakfast was not free even though I'm an IHG Gold Elite member. The restaurant was understaffed. Staff was friendly. All in all, average.

We had visited Scott’s Addition, so we selected the hotel as it wasn’t too far away. The hotel is very nicely appointed and the upgraded room we were given was very nice. Lots of room to move around in, and it had a very modern vibe to it. Highly recommended if you want to spend the night in this area of Richmond.

Exceptional hotel and the staff is even better. Diane the manager is second to none. Rooms are clean as well as the common area in the lobby and the brand new patio outside. Would stay at the hotel anytime I am in Richmond. Near all good restaurants and sports fields.

My room number is 627 , my bathroom has human feces on the wall beside the toilet noticeable feces how did the housekeeper miss that , I showed the pictures to Jeremiah and now I'm waiting for management to come and yes I have pictures
