I The room was dirty and musty smelling. So, I’m giving the hotel one star, but the front desk staff got a 5. They were all super friendly, which is a bummer because the hotel was the worst we’ve ever stayed in. The room was filthy and musty, the floors were dirty, and the bathroom fan was super loud and the door wouldn’t close. The icemaker was out of order, and I had to scrape food off the sheets with a knife! I should’ve asked them to change the linens, but it was late and we were too tired. I was really looking forward to a workout, but both treadmills were broken. I always look forward to the oatmeal when I stay at a Hilton because I never make it at home. Sadly, it was watery and lukewarm. The tables in the dining room were also dirty. The last straw was when I filled my water bottle at the water fountain with a bottle filler. There were pieces of whatever in my water. So gross! The filter definitely needed to be changed. This is my first review ever, and I think potential guests should be warned.

hotel need a major facelift- several areas with water stains, tubs need reglazing, and room was musty. It seems like it is overdue for upgrade/facelift. Staff was friendly, breakfast was basically the same every day we were there. one of cereal dispensers did not work, the only adds for the oatmeal were raisins and walnuts.

This was one of the best stay I have had in a long time. From the GM to the Housekeepers everyone was so nice, kind and helpful. I’ve never stay with Hilton and seen so much hospitality as this Homewood Suites showed. I guess with Sergey setting a great example for his team to follow speaks volume. Ms. Kristina and Ms. Jane were absolutely the best Guest Service Agents I have ever came in contact with.

Worst hotel I’ve ever been in, moldy room and smelled like mildew. TV broken in living room. AC broken in 2 of 3 rooms . Tried to switch rooms or get a new one and they wouldn’t give us a new one. Awful Awful Awful

I was in town for work. I originally booked one week but extended my stay for another week. Informed manager, I would not be changing room. She agreed that that would not happen and nobody would touch my things or enter my room. I returned from work that later that same day to find all my items, including my refrigerated, insulin and firearm was stolen from my room. It’s 7 months later and the hotel or their insurance company have not made right on their promises. Do not stay here. The people are rude. They do not help you and your items will be stolen and they don’t care. I can provide a police report number that details all of this.
