Such a lovely location for a stay in Thredbo in Autumn with pleasant views and delightful rooms. Breakfast each morning was provided in the shared lounge/dining room and the service and food were very good. The day we climbed to the top of Mt Kosciuszko turned wet and foggy, but still we climbed, and it was so nice coming back to our warm cosy room after a long day in the wet. After dinner at the Pub one can return to the chalet and enjoy a port and relax in the lounge area. Hoping to return one day in the winter when there is snow.

Gorgeous chalet with only 4 rooms. We had a room with a King bed & a view up the slopes. The bathroom had a heated floor, heated towel rails & the best shower ever! The lounge area was very quaint with lovely furnishings & a long table & windows everywhere capped off with an open fire. Fab was our host & she was absolutely "Fab"ulous! Full of information & just so keen to make our stay memorable. She cooked us brekky each morning. We were lucky enough to have quite heavy snow in the morning- the first for the year! Would highly recommend Pure Chalet to others.

This was like a small B&B where you had your own room and bathroom, along with 3 other rooms in the house We shared an entry with equipment and boot storage and a dining room, where complimentary breakfast was served. We only met one of the hosts, Fab, who was lovely. She served our breakfast each day (they have a 7:15 or 8:15 seating, depending what suits your schedule). Breakfast was a casual home made breakfast in front of a fireplace with a lovely outlook. Parking bays are quite tight, but everything is in Thredbo. Location is OK. It's on Alpine Way, so right at the top of Thredbo Village (where the Merritt's Gondola is) so while it is walkable to and from the village, it is pretty exhausting carrying all your gear. You can catch the village shuttle bus, but that still requires a trip up and down a number of stairs. Rooms were decent, but nothing luxurious. Their website says they underwent a recent renovation, which I assume was in the bathrooms. It felt pricy for what it was, but I guess that's Thredbo for you. Stayed August 2022.

An excellent bed and breakfast stopover on our road trip with a comfortable and luxurious suite with a delicious breakfast included all with friendly hospitality. Whether you’re up to adventure or just relaxing to take in the view, this venue is worth enjoying.

My husband and I enjoyed a lovely stay at Pure Chalet. Our room was perfectly clean and simply decorated, with beautiful views over the mountains. We were cosy and warm, with excellent heating and extra blankets provided. Our host Julie provided a generous and varied selection of breakfast options, including home baked bread, which set us up for long days on-mountain. The chalet is located at the top of the village, a short walk from restaurants. We would happily stay here again.

Julie & Grant we’re extremely hospitable and provided us with warm welcoming five star service. The chalet was very well presented and comforting like a home away from home. Our hotel managers were helpful guiding us around the lodge and around the village and assisting us with our snow experience. The food was wonderful and we felt very spoilt. It was a fantastic stay. Perfect stay in every way. Super clean, comfortable and functional room. Cosy common area overlooking the village. Hosts Julie and Grant were very attentive, offering hot drinks and delicious meals. They always lit the fireplace and made sure the place was spotless!

A great place to stay, warm and cosy, with great views of the mountains. Fab the resident manager is a star and communication and information before and during was excellent and responsive. A major attraction is that the car park is actually on the Alpine Highway so access in and out of Thredbo is fast and easy. Highly recommended

Can't recommend Pure Chalet Thredbo highly enough! The rooms were well furnished, warm and comfortable. The dining area was lovely and cosy, and Fabienne- the hotel manager- made the most amazing breakfast! We enjoyed the fluffiest of scrambled eggs and delicious bircher museli. Fab was incredibly welcoming, helpful and kind and offered insight into local attractions and hiking trails. The Chalet itself is nestled in the Thredbo village. It's only a short stroll downhill to shops, bars and restaurants. It was very easy to access from the main road and parking was just above the Chalet. The view over the mountains from our room was spectacular and was wonderful to wake up each morning to.
