Horrible location, beds are uncomfortable, no pillow top on these mattress’s. The beds are the number one reason we have been long time patrons of this brand. The sounds outside this location are non-stop, you would think you were at a race track with the constant noise from traffic, slamming doors and such. Very sorry I booked two nights at this location.

Worst hotel around.
Our stay was horrible, the elevator was not working properly. we were on the 4th floor and everytime we would almost make it to our floor the elevator would shake uncontrollably, we went to use the pool as we walked by the front dest the host watched us walk to the pool knowing she keeps towels with her but not saying a word and once we were done swimming she literally followed us to our room and mopped behind us the whole time including the elevator, the hot food was cold, they only have lactose milk, it was so crowded in the breakfast nook that people were pushing me out of the way. My family and i will definitely not be staying here again.

Rooms were large but the extra space is wasted. Rooms are outdated. Televisions are small, they are mounted on a wood panel to make them look bigger, but they are small and outdated, the picture was not clear. I got two rooms, but only one was ready at check in. I also expected to get the rooms close together, but they were on separate floors.
Front desk blamed ******* for that and wanted me to resolve with them.

Room was clean and comfortable. Pool area wasn't clean, with limited seating available, but the pool temp was nice and my kids were able to play for over an hour. Floor near elevator was wet and slippery, but no one put a wet floor sign out, so it was a bit of a hazard. Breakfast options were good for adults and kids. Located right off of the Interstate, near Boondocks and restaurants, relatively quiet.
