This was a lovely place to have lunch. Popped in whilst on a walk and what a lovely place. Gorgeous old building, wonderful atmosphere, great food, and the staff were so lovely, shout out to Tracy who was so kind and lovely, really welcomed us and made us comfortable. Absolutely 10/10, will definitely be going back.

Tracey is an absolute star, very entertaining, especially re-enacting the two soups sketch, with two bowls of water. The food is absolutely delicious and the staff are friendly and very welcoming, would thoroughly recommend to go and pay a visit.

Just back from Sunday lunch at this beautiful old pub. The food was amazing and fantastic value for money. The service was also brilliant, friendly, helpful,and charming. We will definitely be returning to this pub where they seem to have got just about everything right..thank you!

We booked this pub for my Dad’s 90th birthday celebration. Kiera handled all my queries and requests throughout the booking and planning process in a friendly and efficient manner. Kiera allowed us to extend the menu to accommodate my Dad’s favourite meal. As there were 17 of us we were given a private room, this was perfect as it had access to the garden. The service was superb, Kiera and the team were professional, attentive but unobtrusive. We all had a great time and my Dad felt very special. Thank you to Kiera and the rest of the team.

Had a lovely visit to the Thornham Horse Shoes Magna — warm, welcoming atmosphere and excellent service throughout. Tracy looked after us brilliantly; friendly, attentive, and made the experience feel personal from start to finish. Highly recommend for a cosy pub meal with standout service. Thank you, Tracy

Lovely cosy atmosphere in the restaurant. Great selection of food available on the menu without it being too busy. We had a delicious main followed by a very tasty sweet 👌 Very friendly and attentive staff that add to the experience. We have recommended this venue to friends visiting the area too.

You won’t be disappointed.
A very enjoyable stay at The Four Horseshoes. Set in the quiet countryside.
Our room was clean and had all the facilities we needed.
Tom the landlord runs the place like a well oiled machine. Bravo sir!
The staff were very hardworking and friendly. Cathy, Tracy and Grace looked after us and we had a particularly good banter relationship with Tracy.
The food was excellent and the beer garden was a relaxing haven for us.
We highly recommend this pub.
