Beautiful room with attention to detail. The hosts were very friendly, and accommodating. As a bonus, the breakfast was great! Also… the setting and grounds were spectacular. The ranch is right on the Clark Fork river, with towering cliffs on both sides.

Check this one out!
Amazing/Awesome stay. The owner and his wife live on this beautiful ranch bed & breakfast location. It sits right on the Clark Fork River nestled back off the main highway. I enjoyed chatting & hanging out with the owner and his wife.The room I had was very unique with lots of room and was impeccably clean. A complimentary breakfast is made and served in the morning and you have 3 time options to choose from. I can't say enough positive comments for this place, your just going to have to stay there yourself. I'll be back!

A gem of a find! Beautiful yard and gardens that border the Clark Fork river. Hosts were amazing and accommodating. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Recommend highly.

Gorgeous property along the Clark River, grassy quiet areas, lots of flowers, gazebos, picnic tables, and a beautiful deck overlooking it all. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom, good breakfasts. Hosts were friendly and quite helpful, even offered beer, wine, water or soft drinks. Wifi quite slow. No TVs or refrigerators in the rooms but available in the common areas. Antique lovers will appreciate the décor, both inside and out.

This is a wonderful out of the way bed and breakfast. Sam and Patti make you feel very welcome in their home. Everything was clean and breakfast was delicious. They also took the time to recommend some amazing things for us to do and see.

We had an excellent stay at Rocky Pt. Ranch. Sam and Patti were the perfect hosts. They offered great recommendations of places to see and eat. Our room was decorated with an attention to detail, very clean with the most comfortable king bed, and the breakfasts were delicious. We loved the beautiful setting of their home and will most definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
