Customer Service at this hotel is terrible! My sister booked this hotel reluctantly, because the bigger hotels were sold out. After checking in I decided to look at the room to see if the upgrades that was described were going to look like since I had booked for the following three days. As soon as we walked into the room the telephone began to ring, it was the clerk from the front desk demanding to know why I was in the room. She rude told my sister she couldn't have visitors and that I had to leave the room immediately! We were both shocked! When my sister told her that I wouldn't be staying, the clerk said I told you the rules, now she must leave the premises immediately. (She said visitors were frowned upon when she checked in.). When my sister told her that she wouldn't be staying in this hotel ever again, she replied, "oh well." So, wow! Never have I seen or heard such nasty behavior. Thomasville could benefit from nicer hotels or at least hotels that care about the customers. Needless to say we will never give the little guys our money again. Bad customer service can destroy repeat customers. Stay away from this place unless you want to be treated like trash.
