The bed was comfortable and the staff were really helpful. It is about a 15 minute TukTuk drive to Lulu Mall. For quick stays I would recommend it

Hotel location is very prime. Situated very near to main mg road opposite to ayurveda medical college. Hotel staff very good, they are very attentive to your requests. In-house restaurant is not there, but you request for food hotel staff can arrange from outside. You can also order from outside using swiggy. They do give mineral water for drinking but at mrp price. Hot water comes in bathroom, room are little small but it's completely fine. They do-not have lift so will be little bit difficult for elderly people. My mom has problem in leg, so vivek who is at reception he gave us the ground floor. Vivek is very good and his team.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with every corner of the hotel well-maintained and spotless. The location was perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions and conveniences. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

The location is great, right next to the train station and you can't really go wrong for the given price, but it's really hot and sweaty. The bathroom is very dirty and feels like it would give you foot fungus and in general it's not clean. You basically get what yoh pay for.

Room is spacious and very tidy. Service is excellent. Reception personnel are very friendly. Overall excellent

It's a wonderful and amazing experience with this hotel and courteous staff. Me and my husband stayed in from 07 Jun to 11 Jun 2024. From the check in to Check out , we were fully taken care by the amazing staff. Afsal is an amzaing staff witty, chatty and caring together with Devika (my favourite beauty Kutty) and Amuritha -they really took care of our food and being vegetarian -they offered the choices for the vegetarian food. Chef Arun is a fantastic and caring person. He listened to our story and As my husband just completed the 24 days or Ayruveda treatment, he has to continuoulsy take his medication and kashyam which need to be brewed for the sometime. Chef Aurn took care of this and also Mahesh also managed this and send this to our room. Because of Chef Aurn's initiative, my hubby coninued his medication without fail. All of them are hospitable and really made us feel at home. The room service is fantastic from providing necessities to water and replacing the spoilt safe. The 6th floor housekeeping sfaff (i cant remember his name but he's slim and had curly hair and very pleasant personality) is fantastic and took care to our needs. My husband felt that he's in wonderland and as the jeanne in the lamp, you ask for something and your needs are fulfilled. They are very timely and fulfilling. Last but not least, I would like congratulate the Hilton Garden's management for finely grooming your team and staff and step up the customer service towards customer excellence. I wish everyone including the front counter staff, the security and guards best wishes and happy working in this fantastic customer oriented environment.

The location was excellent. The rooms are quite OK although would have expected much more cleanliness for a 4 star hotel. The fragrant smell was too strong. I booked hotel for few hours stay although I paid for a day. The main purpose was to take rest and have some sleep before my long flight Unfortunately I couldn't get sleep because of an ongoing renovation work and disturbed my sleep. Although the receptionist agreed to stop the work but it was too late. Rest all is OK. Just check whether they are doing renovation work before you book

The hotel is good. The cleaning was good. The reception staff on october 12, 2024, at 4:30 p. M. Was not good. The property's location is easy to find. The restaurant was good for south indian food. Except for the reception, the other cleaning staff is good. Even though i mentioned during booking that i had two children, ages 10 and 12, the hotel did not provide an extra mat.

Food and location are definitely the plus points of the hotel which made me return for a second time. Overall everything is up to the mark except for lack of smiles on front office staff. Maybe they are working under stress！
