Overall, I am happy to stay here throughout this one week simply because all the staff are super friendly. Greetings to me every day and smile all the time.
Only some personal comments regarding the hotel access card, no disturb/ clean my room card are not 5 star hotel standard.
Most importantly is the hygiene issues need some effort or improvement. The drinking water cap is dirty, the cup is dirty, the wall gets mouldy, etc.
Most of the food in the restaurant is not available. Advice to simplify the menu.
Gym facilities are old, some already spoiled and not fixing yet. No towel provided.

The staff were lovely. The internet / WiFi really let them down. It wasn’t secure site, it kept dropping out and apps wouldn’t load.

bad attitude, bad customer service 😒 hot water is not hot, asked for hot water, TV will not work. but has to say the restaurant was good.

Very good hotel at reasonable price. Located at centre of the city with good accessibility. Rooms were large and comfortable. Restaurant and buffet breakfast was good.

Rooms and location are good. Staff is also good and courteous. We had taken the package with breakfast and dinnet. The choice in dinner is very less and very basic. The vegetarian choice in breakfast is good, but there is nothing else but eggs in the non-veg section. You don't expect this variety in a 4 star hotel. The service at the breakfast time is also very bad.

I do not consider this property even to the level of 3 star. The suite allotted was not at all good. One day refrigerator was not working, next day air conditioner was not working. Really it was not satisfactory

Rooms should renovate. . Perfect location. Food are average. Interior, a/c etc very old. Floor also improve. Bath room facility also average.
