It's behind the government secretariat, on the press road. It's located centrally close to railway station, as well as close to the market place. The food breakfast is complementary. There is lunch individual and buffet. The buffet is good, around 800 with taxes. Good variety of food, like soup , vegetarian, NV. Kerala food, , juice, etc. The beef ,fish, chicken were fresh. Vegetables were good. Service was good. We had booked a basic room, but it was updated for some reason.
Breakfast was complementary, but good , bread, butter, puttu, sweets , oats, milk, donuts, semiya, fresh dosa, with eggs. Fruits were good, grilled tomato.
Bed was good, rooms were good, bathrooms were clean, ac was good , water heater for drinking water was available. The only issue, was that there were few bed bugs,
Good swimming pool, gym was also good.

Good stay at The Residency Tower, Trivandrum. Room is excellent and the staff service is very good. The bathroom accessories are poor and need to be improved. The shower gel kept is not good and must be put up for change. The soap quality also needs to be improved. Food was tasty and very good. Another major issue was the intermittent power cuts (no consistent power supply) which had disturbed my sleep.

Amazing hotel and staff
It was amazing. From the moment I arrived till the moment I left all the staff were amazing. They helped with food recommendations, also the food at the hotel was amazing! The bar is perfect and friendly guests and staff. The room was always clean and housekeeping were great. Overall a great experience and would recommend to any traveller. I will definitely be coming back
