С самого начала было ясно, что хозяин отеля и его жена гордятся своим отелем и прилагают все усилия, чтобы гости чувствовали себя прекрасно. Они были невероятно добры и отзывчивы, всегда готовы помочь с любыми вопросами. Было видно, что владельцы и персонал уделяют большое внимание деталям. Персонал отеля был дружелюбны, профессиональны и внимательны, всегда готовы сделать все возможное, чтобы обеспечить приятное пребывание. Их преданность своему делу и приверженность обслуживанию клиентов действительно выделялись. Отель чистый и ухоженный, внутри есть бассейн. Номера были просторными и хорошо оборудованными, обеспечивая достаточно места для отдыха и расслабления Я очень рекомендую этот отель всем, кто ищет комфортное и приятное пребывание. Я обязательно вернусь сюда в следующий раз!

This place is getting better every year just spent another 3 weeks here staff the place are all perfect for your stay the manager MR SRI goes above and beyond his duties to please everyone. Rooms are clean fresh and cleaned regularly the pool is always a joy on a hot day and finally it has its own taxi 🚕 Suresh who’s always trying to please with success so all in all it’s the perfect place to stay while in kovalam will definitely return thank you 🙏

A decent hotel
Overall the hotel was decent and the staff is really helpful. What they lack in terms of establishment, they make up for it with their service team. We had breakfast and dinner and it was decent.
