Stayed in this hotel with my family for a night and it was an amazing experience right from the time of checking in. The Receptionist Aiswarya given free Upgradation to next category freely without additional cost and also placed an extra bed for the 3rd person in my family. I was pleasantly surprised to hear this. Never got this kind of experience in any hotel I stayed so far. The rooms are big and spacious. The food at the restaurant was decent enough and the location is very convenient to move around. Overall it was a great stay. Thank you guys and keep up the good work!!

The room was dusty and the bedding was dirty. I was coughing throughout the night. Not what i expected in a hotel like this.

Average stay with good food. Code the club room but figured their executive room is exactly the same. We requested for a double bed because of an infant with us. They still put us up in a twin bed room. On request we were shifted to another room but it took an hour for us waiting with the child and figured it wasn’t the club room also. So felt a little cheated. We were tired so just went ahead without complaining as they had already kept us waiting for long.

Good hotel in the centre of the city. The room was neat and clean. In MakeMyTrip it was mentioned as a King Size bed, but in the hotel they have only a queen size bed in their rooms. Other than this everything was fine.
