It was a beautiful experience. We travelled there for a wedding. We found the service v good, v prompt indeed. The buffer breakfast is v good, and staff are so obliging and friendly. The spa is good too. Good choice of therapies including Ayurvedic body massages

The swimming pool was closed in the evening for the guests as there was some private function going on. After whole day sightseeing, we wanted to relax in the pool but couldn’t because of this. Other things were as per 5 star standards.

If you like courtesy, warmth, and professionalism come to the Hycinth Hotel. If you appreciate the meticulous attention to detail that the staff pay come stay at the Hycinth Hotel. If you value thoroughly trained staff and expect exceptional service stay at the Hycinth Hotel and be ready to be spoilt and pampered. From the word get go- we had Winona and the GM Mr Sinha greet us. That was enough to give me a clue as to what this hotel is all about. The staff at the restaurants are detail-driven. The food quality and taste- faultless. The poolside service is exceptional!The housekeeping quality is top class and clockwork!! Everyone cares, everyone is appreciated and all I can say is congratulations! This is a well-oiled, well -run hotel with a superlative team!!

Hotel is located very close to Railway Station and when you look from road this really looks like a class hotel but the experience I had was really bad. This is my second stay in this property. 1st time, there was severe AÇ problem and inspite of several calls and reminders no one attended and finally next day I was given a change of room. Manager appologised and said it was one of event. Again today I went to same hotel, I clearly told the problem I had faced and requested for good room. Same AÇ problem checked in by 2pm and problem was rectified only 10pm that too after several calls. Also mini bar / snacks were also not there. I had booked this property at least a week back with some special request and I was not given that citing full occupancy while I was able to see 3-4 empty in my floor itself I reached out to Manager Mr.Shibhu and explained him the challenges faced, he never was ready to listen. He was more towards other customers and never bothered to even listen. Overall good property but in bad hands. You have better properties close by with excellent price.

Room and bathroom are very neat and clean. All furniture, fixture etc worked fine. Extremely happy with the stay. Will choose hycinth hotel for next trip also for sure. Only con is food price in restaurant is high.
