This hotel is very worst to stay in,we reserved it online when we checked in the room was very smelly ,with dirtiest ugliest bathrooms,never imagined a 3 star hotel will have such a room ,and we asked to shift to another room which took very long,very poor room service,never recommend anyone,notvworthy of your money...look for other good accomodation around...very frustrated .

We were a family of 5 ***** with a baby looking for a good 3 star restaurant near Thiruvananthapuram railway station when we stumbled across Hotel Venketeswara in the make my trip website. When going through photos, it seemed ok but unfortunately it turned out to be worst hotel stay ever. The rooms were not clean, the toilets had strands of hair and dirt probably from family/people who previously used the room, also A/C was not working properly which we did made a complaint which wasn't unfortunately addressed and extra bed wasnt provided as we opted for two rooms. This was our first time in Thiruvananthapuram which turned to be a good experience except this poorly maintained hotel.

Hotel is average, small rooms. I requested late check in and Checkout while booking through MakeMyTrip app, but it was rejected by hotel. I did check in at 6pm and requested checkout by 3pm to 4pm to hotel, but it was rejected. I was allowed to check out by 12 pm instead of 11am.

room is good but little bit problem in bathroom.. all total is nice.. nice hotel in near Thiruvananthapuram Central railway station.. 2 times I will stay in this hotel... service is also good... staffs are also good

Very worst , room service, room cleaning, small complimentary water bottle not give, no air facility.

I had booked a super deluxe ac room, when i visited they first checked in and later given the room. Very small room which is not worth 800rs also. after telling about my booking they showed one more room the same as earlier. when i asked they said this is my super deluxe room.
After complaining they gave different room that also not worth of 1000, for which i paid 2000 as super deluxe room. I didn't had any other choice than staying because i came to check in at 5pm my refund was also not possible.

We are not able to say anything about the food because I reached the hotel at around 3 am after eating outside. But even at such a late hour, when I reached, I found the hotel staff awake and alert. The location of the hotel is also good, due to which I did not have any problem in finding it. I also found the room to be average and clean.
