Room maintenance poor. Unsatisfactory supervision. Complimentary breakfast was offered. But, quality of food and service was unsatisfactory.

The hotel is very descent and the staff is very good and respectful. I would definitely recommend this place and book it again if i visit trivandrum again

The hotel the service and the location is amazing. Staff was friendly, super helpful and always at your service. The only thing i wouldn’t recommend is the restaurant they got for food. Other than that it is all really good.

Rooms and toilets are clean. Good for solo traveller. Most famous places in tvm at a walkable distance. Services are also descent.

the restaurant provides good food for the reasonable price. tooth brush and paste was not provided and the clothes seems little old. but overall the stay was good and i loved the food. i got a value for money stay.... kindly upgrade my discount to 10%. give me the coupon code 💓. hi

Location of the property is amazing if we consider the rooms they are not upto the mark, the pillows covers have stains and bed bugs treatment is required should keep bathroom amenities i spoke one reception in the morning and person had told me if i extend i have to only pay 1000rs later when i called reception and asked about the same even the front office manager is unaware about same, lack of communication, didn't expect this

Hotel was very good, staff was very polite and coperative. Room was also seems to-be new. It was a nice stay.
