Wrost hotel only good part is location of the hotel, which is in thampanoor or otherwise, it is not even close to hotel it look like old home

Stay was ok. What I found best was , their supporting staff and reception people. Really , they were very helpful and co-operative. But for cleanliness, i request to do some arrangements for rats and all roaming here and there in the hotel. If little bit , more steps taken towards cleanliness, this hotel will be best for the price it is offered.

The condition of the room was poor. No towels and soap were provided in the bathroom at the start. The ac was not cooling enough.
