Very worst service I found in Neyyattinkara..please don't choose this hotel One of the waste hotel in Neyyattinkara Poor customer service..waste of time..worst experience...bad experience..please don't choose this hotel...will regret in future..waste of money

The worst hotel i'd ever stayed.There was no WIFI even tv was not working and the hot water was brought us by a person running[i guess they took running water too seriously].

Worst experience. Improper coordination between manager and staff. Both gives different statement. The manager changed the word just one day before about their food rate for a government institute program. Finally, we depend on the very nearest hotel (Neyyar Residency). Excellent management, eventhough it was very late to book a bulk amount of food. Kindly do not suggest this "RB Palace" to anyone.

It was great hotel in nice location. Hotel ambience was good,, near to general hospital and neyyattinkara bus stand. Easily reach to anyone. Restaurant ambience is good overall good but some improvements need please take extra importance.
