I booked for OYO 22567 Travancore Island Resort on 08 August 2019 for my family, but the hotel people didn't allow us to check-in. They said, my booking amount was very low to stay there and they said they already mailed to Oyo and goibibo regarding that. I called to goibibo customer care and they are saying the room is confirmed but the hotel peoples are denying our check-in. So we were not able to stay in that hotel and we booked another hotel for a higher cost. We lost almost our precious 4 hours of time, mood and money.... Also, the hotel personals behaviour was very very bad and rude... Negative rating.... PLEASE DON'T BOOK TRAVANCORE ISLAND RESORT... DON'T GO THERE WITH FAMILY... VERY VERY WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY HOTEL BOOKINGS.......
