Hotel Nala Residency

Hotel ambience is not that great. I have booked a 4 bed room and room was spacious for 4 people and can easily accomdate 5. Worst part is that 1. They have not provided towels until we are asked for it. 2. Flush in the bathroom was not working instead of complaint also they didn't even care to check and repair it. 3. Need to improve the neatness of the hotel complementary breafast was good.

Stinky, ac not working, bad receptionist, been to many hotels this is far my worst experience paying such a money

we have good experience in the nala residency. the room was neat and ac also good. we enjoyed the breakfast buffet too. the overall experience was good.😊

Location is accessible. Nice and hygiene room, air-conditioned is good. Customer service is good. Overall decent room to stay with friends and family. Ok

Not the best place to stay lot of cockroches all over the room. Bedsheets and towels very unclean.

Location is very good, walkable distance to temple raja gopuram and near to do many essential needs, on the main road. Food is average, car parking is v narrow for big cars like innova.

Location is good. Room is poor no hot water on time. Power points in room were not working. Reception not responding to the calls through intercom. Lift was not working.

Food is good. They have a centralised air conditioner in the room where we can't control room temperature. The room looked good and the amenities were good enough for this price

Ac was not working despite informed front reception and unable to sleep as no room for outside air to come in. No one was helped to reach hotel when police blocked the area and converted the road as one way due to weekend. Point to be noted is hotel is just 100 mtrs from that place. Called many times to hotel but no satisfied response. Waited almost for 2 hours just before 100 mtrs away from the hotel where police blocked and finally identified a narrow street and reached the hotel with great difficulty. Thought treating in a different way if booked via mm t that's how i sensed when they were talking to their colleagues.
