Icelandic hotels are mainly homestays. You can stay at ease and park at will. Breakfast is generally not provided. You must prepare food and water in the supermarket in advance. It is suitable for couples.

I booked one double room, but we have two adults and one 11 years old child. I am worry about that I need to add extra bed for my kid because only 2 single beds provided according to the booking record before I arrive. However, the truth is that the room has three single beds. That makes us have a good sleep. It also shows this hotel is so sweet for the guests. The room is cleaner and larger than any one I lived in Iceland. In addition, the breakfast is very rich. I strongly recommend this hotel if you want to travel or stay for the diamond circle in the Iceland.

It is one of the accommodation I like very much. Spacious, comfortable, with a large kitchen, washing machine and complete facilities.

stayed for two nights to experience the Myvatn deeply even though in winter season. Myvatn doesnt have supermarket but a convinence store connected to gas station, opening time is until 18:00-19:00pm, this hotel is quite convenient to it. Restaurant option are not many also in Myvatn. Apart from this hotel area located right near many tourist attraction, many hotels were also located near Myvatn Vistor Center area, around 15mins by drive, but even less options there (plus no convinence store, expect from the hotel).

Great location by the Lake Myvate, clean, spacious room with beautiful view of the lake and the craters. Great breakfast selection too, love the waffle making self-service station. Highly recommended hotel in the area.

I call this hotel a hotel in the wilderness, which is actually equivalent to being in the village. From the main road to the country road, there are about a few kilometers in the past, which can be reached by Google navigation. This hotel is actually a bit like a youth hostel. The rooms are relatively small. The bathroom, living room and bath room are shared, and breakfast is provided. Lunch and dinner need to be eaten outside. Living in the wilderness has a different experience. Sooner or later, you can stroll outside and experience the scenery of the countryside. It is also very good.

Very very good, really happy! My husband has always praised me that this hotel is well booked. It is recommended to consider this hotel after the tour from Lake Myvatn. There is a natural hot spring. It is a hot spring pool covered by the natural hot spring that the owner flows down from the mountain. We didn't take a dip in the Blue Lake and Lake Myvatn this time because the schedule was too tight, but because this hotel comes with it, we took two dips in the evening and in the morning. After the dip, our hands and feet were warm. Advantages: The room is large and has a small balcony. A small table and two chairs are placed for guests to relax and drink tea. The room is clean and hygienic, and the bathroom decoration is also very comfortable. There are natural hot springs outside. The breakfast was pretty good. The price is also very nice. Disadvantages: None.
