The location is between Lake Myvatn and Husavik. There is a gas station and supermarket nearby (the supermarket has the highest price I have ever experienced). Apart from the location, everything else is very satisfactory. I also saw the Northern Lights at night.

Terrible host, don´t even think about going there, This host is a cheater and generally a terrible person. This scumback has threatened my family in a written letter to ruin our house after he forced my parents to sell their farm for a ridiculously low price, at the time they were having the beginning symptoms of Alzheimer´s disease. My father has now passed away, and my mother is very weak with Alzheimer's. Please avoid this place and cancel this host. There are many other places to choose from in the area.
