Food is excellent. Even room size is good and service is excellent. Now this hotel is fix at Thimphu from now onwards. Location is very good. Staff is very helpful and ready to service anytime. I will recommend this hotel to everyone I know...

hi
so we never ended up staying at this place because even after paying full in advance the hotel denied receiving any booking confirmation from make my trip
they informed us they never renewed their enlisting with make my trip and that they have not received any booking or payment hence we have to either go somewhere else or book the same place at double the amount
this has been the wrist experience, specially when visiting another country
also I am unable to reach any make my trip customer care person to assist me since yesterday on the same
u would like to look into the refund for this booking

Good location, excellent service, staff was good... View from the room was amazing.. Food was tasty .. within the town.. it was really a good stay for me.. we had booked for 2 nights.. welcome drink was good.. Thank you for making our stay pleasant..

Recently we stayed with our family, Services was excellent, all staff was well trained and always with smiley face, Food was good. Rooms we accommodate was with good view from the rooms. Nearby City centre, we would like to come and stay again.

We stayed in this hotel on 4th & 5th Nov during my holidays at Bhutan. It's a very good hotel. Neat & clean rooms. Polite & soft spoken front desk staff. Good room service. Wide spread food items. Very tasty food. Overall a good stay. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Hotel Damisa, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Upon arrival, the check-in process was seamless and welcoming. My room was spacious with comfortable bed. I appreciated high speed Wifi. Overall, the staff were helpful and friendly, was neat and clean.

Stayed at the hotel during our visit to Thimpu , Bhutan in November 2024. Location : The hotel is centrally located and is close to the city centre and the handicraft market. The hotel is small but cosy. Check in / check out : Smooth and hassle free. Staff : Soft spoken and courteous. Rooms : The room are reasonably sized with all the essential amenities ( heater , comfortable bed , balcony , study table + chair , side tables , intercom , wifi ). the bathroom is spacious and clean. the hotel staff was courteous and prompt to take care of our requests. Restaurant : 1 multi cuisine restaurant. Food : Indian , Chinese ( noodles , fried rice etc ) , bhutanese food is available. The food served as buffet or fixed menu as per the hotel occupancy. the food is average ( nothing exceptional ). Buffet ( breakfast + dinner ) : limited items and mostly indian vegetarian with 1 or 2 non veg dishes ( eggs , chicken sausages during breakfast ) 1 sweet preparation & juices during breakfast were available. Fixed menu : Indian vegetarian / non veg with limited no of items and 1 bhutanese dish as per chefs choice. 1 sweet dish was available. All in all this is a budget hotel and more or less value for money
