As soon as we arrived at the property and entered the bathroom it had damp worms. We struggled for 2-3 hours for them to solve our problem, which they didn't in the end as they said they didn't have another room for that evening. The next day they changed us to another room which we found cockroach and it was completely dirty. Yellowing of the quilts, dirt in the corners, mold and moisture.

First of all I have to put a star in order to review otherwise I wouldn't put this either. Let's start with the entrance, which is like entering some hideous-smelling and permanently open door in a bad neighborhood. Then going upstairs the smell of dampness and mold becomes very strong and peaks when entering the room that was as if it has been open for years. Arriving on 24/03 from Athens we entered the room in which we faced a lot of smell. I am listing some photos below. The smell was not fighting but we said to give it a chance and let it air for two hours. After that we went back to the room and by opening the bathroom ventilation he pretended to land a helicopter in the bathroom and without doing any work. Then lying in bed we found sheets with hair as well as a "corpse" on the side of the bed and hair under the bed. Needless to say, we left the same night for another hotel in the middle of the night. After repeated phone calls the "lady" in charge has never contacted me to even request a refund for this rug. YOU ARE JUST UNACCEPTABLE. What's worse... ANTI-PROFESSIONALS UNTIL IT DOESN'T GO!!!! It's a shame for 120€ for 3 nights to hide and I haven't received an answer for 3 weeks.. I will also run it with the consumer advocate just for your behavior and the carpet in the room as far as dirt and unacceptable conditions.

Unacceptable stay 4 nights we were frozen with an air conditioner that only made noise and did not heat the space even a bit the water in the bathroom was frozen the employees were completely indifferent to solving the problems as the first night I spoke to two different employees and they told me that in the morning it would come technician to check the damage, which was not done. The mattress was incredibly hard and everything in the room was of poor quality. After the stay was completed, they canceled the reservation in booking so that I could not comment. I threw away my money.
