Minerva Premier Hotel

Ψυγειο χαλασμένο και το φως του οποίου αναβόσβηνε όλο το βράδυ και παρόλο που είχα κλείσει το πορτακι από το έπιπλο δεν μας άφησε να κοιμηθούμε. (Δωμ 104) Το προσωπικό στα πρωινά πολύ ευγενικά. Το προσωπικό στη reception δεν μας έλεγαν ούτε καλημέρα. Η μεγάλη όμως απογοήτευση ήταν το παρκιν. Παρόλο που στο check in ρώτησα αν έχω παρκάρει σωστά και μου είπαν ότι όντως πάρκαρα σωστά, στο παρκιν του ξενοδοχείου, με έγραψε η Δημοτική Αστυνομία Θεσσαλονίκης. Λέγοντας ότι έχω παρκάρει σε χώρο φορτοεκφόρτωσης του ξενοδοχείου. Ενώ η ταμπελα έγραφε «Πάρκιν ξενοδοχείου Μινερβα».!!!!!!! Την άλλη ημέρα ρώτησα στη reception και αυτοί τα «έριξαν» στην Δημ. Αστυνομία ότι δεν βρίσκεις άκρη με αυτούς. Τελικά, δεν έχω ακόμα καταλάβει αν έχει παρκιν το ξενοδοχειο ή αν όντως πάρκαρα παράνομα. Το πρόστιμο το πλήρωσα και το ξενοδοχειο δεν με κάλυψε ποτέ.

Very clean hotel and friendly staff!! We were there for 5 days and we were very pleased!! Very close to all attractions. The girls in the mornings were always smiling as were the boys at reception! Thanks for all!

Objectively I can't find the words but I want to write one DISCONCERTING...The only positive thing is the location...the staff is friendly but the structure is dilapidated, at least my room...after one night I changed hotels...

Hotel in posizione centrale, si tratta di un palazzo antico ristrutturato. Le camere sono piuttosto piccole e anche il bagno è minuscolo ma ha tutti i principali servizi. Colazione un po' spartana in una saletta piccola anche questa. Molto buono il rapporto prezzo/ qualità, per fare qualche notte in centro a Salonicco può andare bene.

Certainly not worth 3 stars, bathroom too small, no electrical socket, breakfast not always fresh, worst of all, I had to pay half in advance and immediately pay the other half upon arrival, which was the first time in my life, I recommend It is not worth booking here, the hotel is old-fashioned and in urgent need of renovation

The bathroom is far too small, you can barely turn around and there is not a single socket, the breakfast is not fresh, they present expired products, not to mention the noise, the TV is far too small, the layout of the rooms is not orderly, scum on the ceilings 0this hotel certainly does not deserve 4 or 3 stars, 1 star is even too much, it urgently needs to be renovated

Excellent hotel, central and convenient location for visiting the whole city, very kind staff, well furnished rooms even if not very large, very good breakfast. Fair price. Highly recommended

Very friendly staff, top buffet breakfast and excellent value for money! Very quiet hotel in the center of the city and close to the tourist sites to see in Thessaloniki. An excellent restaurant very close to the hotel (rouga)

Friendly staff, great room （some minor details to get 10）. We came for New Year's, the only negative is that it is on Egnatia street and the windows do not isolate the noise. Everything is within a 10-minute walk (Aristotelous, Lefkos Pyrgos) and the Museum is a 20-minute walk away. The hotel cooperates with private parking. The breakfast is neat and has an espresso machine for coffee! We will definitely come again.
