The room was in very poor condition. The smoke alarm was laying behind the tv with no batteries. The chairs outside were ripped and not likely to have held a person over 70 lbs. The shower was dripping all night and the floor had a puddle, and when I mentioned it, the person told me they knew but just haven't got around to fixing it. The coffee maker was a small, pink kuerig that had seen better days. The air unit was impossible to shut off. The paint was flaking on the walls. The radiator cover in the bath was laying loose on the floor. I only give points that the bed was comfortable and the location is good. It would not take a lot of effort to make the rooms look so much better. If it hadn't been so late, we would have tried for another lodging.

This place is deplorable! It doesn’t even deserve a 1 rating, more like triple zeroes!! Booked 2 rooms. They were dirty, stains on comforters & sheets. The sheets had patches where they were repaired! Bathroom was horrid. Carpets filthy, matted with dirt. Locks on doors were poor and the outside dining area was a single chair with torn seat. We had prepaid but left, willing to lose the money for this dump. Pictures are very misleading.

We were told a cash price that night and the manager was supposed to give use change the next morning. Next morning she refused to give us our change. We feel perhaps she is running a cash scam against the owners and not telling them about cash bookings, than keeping the cash. It wasn’t much but you do not do that… ever.

Hotel is apparently out of business. Tried to call today to confirm a reservation for Sunday June 23rd---the number 307-369-0900 is invalid and disconnects immediately upon trying to call. No other phone numbers available and there are no alternative means to contact this hotel. Do NOT book here, there is no hotel to go to.

First off, the onsite manager, Maggie, is a wonderful person. Sadly, she must "manage" a facility where the owners apparently don't provide much support. We checked in and our room had not been cleaned. Someone made the bed but did not change the sheets. Used towels were in the bathroom. At best the motel is dingy. Our friends stayed in a cabin and the kitchen faucet had a constant leak/flow of hot water. We didn't bother to take showers as they were not at all appealing. Finally, the price is outrageous for what you get. This place could be nice if the owners were to spend the money necessary to upgrade the property. We will try a different facility next time in Thermopolis.

The owners are not looking at their reviews very well all say it needs renovations and we agree. The lady looking after it was lovely and friendly. But the accommodations need some major upgrades. Our shower would not stop dripping. I had to put the coffee pot on the floor to reach a power point. The vents need cleaning. The beds were ok but no mattress protectors on them. There are some sort of fittings around the room which I think cover pipes but they are all falling off. The door handle is held on with what looks like putty.

Geplant war der Aufenthalt in dem Motel eigentlich 2020. Bedingt durch COVID-19 mussten wir unsere Buchung auf 2021 verschieben, doch leider durften Deutsche immer noch nicht einreisen. Das Team vom Roundtop Motel stimmte einer erneuten Verschiebung unserer Buchung ins Jahr 2022 zu!!! Vielen Dank dafür. Wir kamen bereits einige Stunden vor der check-in Zeit an, da wir eine große Tour im Hot Springs Statepark geplant hatten. Nach einem netten Plausch mit der Besitzerin durften wir unser Auto schon vor dem Zimmer sicher parken, welches wir später beziehen sollten. Das Motel mit Zimmern und Cabins im Westernstyle macht einen sehr guten Eindruck. Unser Zimmer 4 war groß, gemütlich und bot alles, was man benötigt: Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine mit sehr viel Kaffee!! Außerdem gab es 2 Flaschen Wasser und Popcorn für die Mikrowelle. Vor den Zimmern gibt es Sitzgelegenheiten. In der Lobby befindet sich auch ein kleiner Souvenirladen. Die Lage des Motels ist top – den Hot Springs Statepark hat man in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht.

For the price, this was not a great place to stay. No one was there when I came to check in, so I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to arrive and then they manually had to enter my credit card number to process it with their system. The door had to be pushed really hard to open. Cold air was just blowing into the room - no way to adjust the temperature even though there is a thermostat on the wall. It's nice to stay somewhere independent, but I should have listened to the reviews. That said, the bed was comfortable.

Horriblement sale. A part les lits qui avaient l'air propre, tout est collant de saleté. Nous avons eu d'autres hôtels de même catégorie durant notre voyage, simples mais propres. Mes petites filles n'ont pas pris de douche, le sol de la douche etait crasseux.
