This seaside hotel is situated by the blue-flag Galaxias beach,19 km from Thessaloniki and 9 km from Macedonia Airport between the Neoi Epivates and Agia Triada villages. All of the Santa Beach Hotel’s fully renovated rooms and suites feature private balcony with superb views. Each is air-conditioned and offers a satellite TV, minibar and safe. Non-smoking and disabled-friendly rooms are available upon request. There is also an outdoor swimming pool with a pool-side snack bar, the Kassiopeia wine lounge with a full service bar and the Andromeda gourmet restaurant that serves Mediterranean and Greek specialities and features spectacular views of the sea. The hotel houses an extensive business and conference centre which includes secretarial services and internet access as well as indoor and outdoor banqueting facilities for up to 400 people. Santa Beach Hotel is well located, providing plenty of opportunities for visiting the cinema, entertainment parks and nightlife spots, exploring the wine routes of Northern Greece, shopping and driving to Holy Mount Athos or Chalkidiki’s beaches.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Staff warm and friendly rooms bedding and towels super clean. No breakfast as too late in the season but coffee shops a minute walk away. Less than twenty steps to the beach with lots of tavernas and small shops. If I could make a suggestion it would be nice to have a kettle in the room with some cups to make a hot drink. We only stayed one night so we will return to spend more time at Avra Hotel and enjoy the super beachfront restaurants and bars. Thank you to the staff for your kindness.

Run away ! The hotel claims to be a 5 star but it is far from it. The customer is not considered as such at all. When we arrived with our suitcases around 4 p.m., there was a staff meeting at reception. We felt like we were intruding until a receptionist asked us for our passports and gave us the room key after several minutes of waiting. She tried to explain to us but the team meeting did not allow us to understand each other. The bathroom was clogged. We notified reception twice. The receptionists took our room number on a post it both times but nothing was offered to us and we had to take our showers by turning off the water several times to allow the water to drain away little by little. There was also water leaking out of the shower. The beds are twin beds so if you are a couple you are forced to sleep separately. The breakfast is industrial and after 2 days we no longer wanted to eat at the hotel. We also asked for a toothbrush at reception but there was none. In short, there is no customer service. The staff except the cleaning ladies are not Greek. The hotel is Russian. The coldness was felt very well. Fortunately, local life and restaurants 1km from the hotel are local. We were able to find dishes with fresh produce and the warmth and kindness of the Greeks. This is what made our stay enjoyable. If it were only the hotel and its staff we would have left on the first evening. There is a fee for the beach and there was a stray dog ​​on the same beach and within the hotel grounds at the swimming pool. Clientele mainly from Serbia, Romania, Russia.
