Rooms and amenities are satisfactory. But the food is not upto the mark, items description in the menu and the food received does not match. Taste needs lot of improvement.

Very convenient location on the highway to munnar, theni town bazaar area is walking distance. Clean rooms with good basic facilities. Clean bathrooms, towels and sheets.

Cleanliness of toilet was not good, ac was not working through remote, sensor problems, very hard bed and bulky rough pillow. Poor cloth hangers.
