The owner and the caretaker were soft natured. However, the room had a few issues - 1. The bathroom door lock was broken. So, the bathroom door wont close. Had to place the bucket to block it 2. Used blanket was given which had lots of hair. Was changed by the owner upon request. Even bedaheet had stains. 3. TV wont work. 4. Basin in the bathroom was leaking water into the floor. 5 The room floor was not even mopped. Realised only when saw my feet totally dirty after I walked bare foot in the room. 6. There is no lift and the room was on second floor with iron ladders to go upto the room In short it was bad experience. Would have given 1 star if not for the decent owner and caretaker
