Room is clean and comfortable. Entire staff provides excellent service. Irfana as the guest service relation officer is patient and friendly. She is efficient in her response. The kitchen staff provides excellent service from those managing the restaurant to serving meals.

Great hospitality, nice rooms, lovely food! They were very welcoming and always ready to oblige to our requests. Quick service and great staff. The pool is larger than most resorts and we all had a good time. The cottages are well built and are quite cozy.

Service very poor. No fans in cottage. Had to call thrice for drinking water. Housekeeping is poor. Wifi not working and they don't have any solution. Only one AC in duplex cottage which is very suffocating in hot sun. Food and restaurant is good.

Great stay, very beautiful views over the green hills. Very few custumers in the low season in september. Nice outdoor pool, friendly staff. Pleasant and very big rooms. Good place to stay while visiting nearby Periyar wildlife reserve which is very beautiful.
