My sister and I had the pleasure to kick off our summer getaways at the Waterfront Inn, The Villages. A delightful experience. A very special thank you to Megan who checked us in. We give Megan 5 stars for her very friendly welcome and allowing us to check in early. Another 5 star award goes to Byron who made sure (as we enjoyed the beautiful pool area) our ice waters were icy and our Bourbon Sours delivered promptly and often . Everyone at the Waterfront Inn, hotel staff, housekeeping, front desk and bar were friendly, attentive and efficient. We were assigned Room 420. We had a fabulous view of the lake and golf course from our balcony. The room was spacious and very clean. Our only hiccup was the dinner service at Calypso. Perhaps a staffing problem that’s been corrected. Thank you again to all the wonderful people at The Waterfront Inn that made us feel special on our sister getaway. We’ve made another reservation returning in August. Looking forward to room 420! Deborah and Denise

Live in the area and have stayed here multiple times. Staff always friendly and welcoming. Nice rooms and great pool area! Location is great being you can walk to restaurants and square for live music every night. It’s our favorite staycation spot!!!!!

Our room was amazing, the bed was comfortable and the pillows are absolutely fantastic. Customer service is fantastic and tended to everything we asked for. We have stayed at the Waterfront before and enjoy the location amenities and feeling special. We look forward to our next visit.

The hotel looked nice but when I got to my room there was a smell that I just couldn't figure out. The carpet was nasty....that's probably the smell. Wish I could have snt a picture with this review. The only reason I stayed here was because of the square for dancing.

It is so beautiful and it is convenient to restaurants, shops and entertainment. The staff is excellent and pleasant. The heated, salt water pool and hot tub are divine. I felt safe everywhere on the property and in the village. It was so relaxing.

This is without a doubt the best Hotel the entire Villages has ! Outstanding service in all areas . Shopping, dinning and entertainment is always available! The complete hotel staff is outstanding due to this fantastic , energetic team leader ! Curtis ( G.M.) makes sure your stay is amazing in all areas , the hospitality is what makes this an outstanding experience! We always are recommencing the Waterfront Inn to all we know with pride! Shower great. Had good lake view. Has multiple restaurants within walking distance and several small shops. Love fact room had tile floors only area rug under bed. Staff very nice. Only problem booked via 3rd party. Booked king with balcony but got king with lake view window. Otherwise was great trip.

Nice and clean. Brunch at the Calypso with server Byron and bartender Vinnie was very pleasant. Internet was good.
