It was a bit difficult for those who are not good at English to communicate. The breakfast room has a Chinese menu, but the breakfast is very Western. A little koala is given for children to add a bed. The hotel is not very convenient around. You can only walk to the observatory and you have to take a taxi when you go out. But the beautiful scenery is enough. The room with the opera house view that I booked was arranged in the last few rooms, and there were trees behind! Fortunately, the floor is OK. We are on the 2nd floor, which is 0-3 floors. Room ordering is available 24 hours a day, and the price is not expensive and is similar to that outside. There is no service charge and the appearance and taste of the products are not bad. After returning to China, when I checked the mailbox bill, I found that I was charged for an extra breakfast on the second day. It was troublesome to send an email to the hotel myself. I contacted Ctrip and communicated with it. I received a call reply within two hours, and the hotel refunded me the extra fee on the third day. Thank you Ctrip for your active communication.
