The best rooms are 112, 212, and 312. They are the most northerly rooms with no obstructions. They are the best rooms in the hotel. The lobby restaurant is on the G floor. The swimming pool is on the 4th floor. I stayed in 312 this time. The view is unbeatable.

A fantastic location with great views, a good and friendly staff, though this is a rather large property so there isn’t the same level of attentiveness or distinctiveness you might find at another FS hotel. The room was a bit small but otherwise well appointed. Good food in the restaurant, nice holiday decorations for Christmas. Overall I always enjoy staying here when in Sydney, most especially for the location.

Excellent
GGuest UserThis hostel was great! Has a 24/7 café area and laundry room, plus a stunning view of the Harbour. I went there for Australia Day and watching those fireworks from the rooftop was magical. The location was within walking distance of two train stations, near the wharf, and extremely close to most tour meet up locations. The staff is incredibly helpful too.
GGuest UserThe room at the hotel was spacious and offered enough room to comfortably settle in, which I appreciated. However, I couldn't help but notice that the facilities appeared a bit dated and could use some modern upgrades. Additionally, there was a noticeable odd smell in both the room and the hallways that was less than welcoming. While the stay was overall acceptable, these issues did detract from the experience.
SSonBest Hotel in Sydney Greta Service Nicely appointed rooms with every amenity friendly efficient staff small rooftop pool with great views of Opera House and Harbour nice lounge Bar with Happy Hour prefect the best location in Sydney Highly recommended
GGuest UserExcellent location, best for city inspection. Personnel excellent. But there is no elevator and windows are not open, the indication is not working
GGuest UserThere aren't many basic facilities in the room.. Such as indoor slippers and mineral water (this price is not cheap, even the water is not willing to give.. too much!!!!) I wanted to live here and I could have a view of the opera house.. but not at the same price, I can live in a good hotel. Then because of the encounter with the vivid Australia festival... The road was sealed... I called the front desk to help me call the car to the airport, and specifically asked her where to wait (I know the road seal)... As a result, she was completely unaware of it. Call me at the hotel.. The result is that the car can't come in... It also delayed my time... Finally, they didn't help at all... I have to drag my bulky luggage to the road to call the car. 😡😡😡 In summary, there is no need to live here... The same geographical location, there are many other options😎
