Pros
- Superb Location Near to Namba station, Shinsaibashi, Dotonbori and many restaraunts etc
- Provided free welcome Lounge from 2-10pm item includes Free Sake,Beer, Whisky, Soft drinks and snacks like taco chips, pancake

Cons
-Lobby looks new and renovated but all the rooms are so unfurnished and outdated with multiple defects such as obvious long hairline cracks on the ceiling , sofas with stains , Old LCD TV not smart TV,
- The worst of all is the aircon unit as it is told by the receptionist it’s a old hotel so the aircon cannot be controlled as it’s the building aircon hence the ventilation can be hot at times especially in the middle of the night and the feedback from receptionist was to open the window in the room balcony.
- The Room Balcony window is connected on the same floor to the next door rooms hence no privacy if windows are open as they can be walk over freely with no restrictions.
-2nd the windows at the balcony are faced towards or directly opposite the lift lobby and the occupant from the lifts can see directly into the room if the windows are open and curtains not closed so opening the window for better ventilation is not really the ideal option.
- Only one receptionist deserve the praise as she offered to supply a fan if we deem the room is too hot as she explain it’s an old hotel building.
- Lastly we stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and return 1 more night after Kyoto trip , the receptionist told us the room was not ready at 330pm upon check in on our last day of the trip and told us to wait for 10mins which seems ridiculous as we are chase out from the rooms before 11am for check in but they did not fulfil their part by allowing us to check in at 3pm instead of close to 4pm the room is then ready for.
- Lastly beware of Huge Mosquito in the hotel rooms before we even open the windows there is already a huge mosquito waiting for us in the room upon checking in.

An excellent hotel with many little things that makes it so thoughtful. 
There’s some free food and snacks in the afternoon. With hotdogs and make your own pancake station! 
In the room, there’s a machine to provide some form of Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) Technology for tired feet. 
Best of all, it’s so conveniently located next to Universal Studios Japan. I love it.

Oriental Express Shinsaibashi is a typical low cost hotel where it meets your need i.e. near the shopping street. I find the room to be clean. Housekeeping will knock on the door at abt 11am if you intend to have your room clean up. You will need to indicate do not disturb if you do not want to be waked up by the knock. The front desk does not seemed to be friendly though. Overall, it's a comfortable stay.

This is the best hotel in Legazpi. It is located on a relatively high mountain and you need to take a winding road to get there. The hotel is very close to Robinson Supermarket and you can see Mayon Volcano from the window. You can also overlook the panoramic view of Legazpi.
If I go to Legazpi next time, I will choose this hotel again~

I highly recommended this hotel, madali din sya ma access. madali din sila kausap kasi nagpalipat ako ng room ung may mayon view. that why I really satisfied, saka di ka mababasa ng ulan once nag papick sa grab kasi covered ung lobby 👍👍👍

The view outside the room is great as it is close to Kobe Harbour (not quite sure) but it is pity that the soundproofing not quite well as we can hear noise passed from another guest room. And I don’t recommend the dinner buffet here because the menu is limited 
Overall it is good ,the surrounding of the hotel is very beautiful
