warm service and clean room.
The staffs are very sincere and helpful. The decent interior for bathroom with warmer in the floor.
Very convenient to enjoy stunning Seaview with walking distance (a few steps) to decent frech and Italian restaurants.
Have got refreshed after my stay here!

This was our second time staying at the hotel. We were in Swansea for our son's graduation . As last time the room was beautiful, comfy bed, sea view, great selection of tea and coffee, lovely touch with welsh cakes and oat milk. Despite the hotel being busy with a wedding it wasn't noisy and we slept so well. Breakfast was lovely too - it was such a joy to be able to sit outside and the waiting staff were helpful and friendly. The whole stay was just perfect thank you !

lovely location right on the seafront. The room was great with a view of the sea - we stayed for dinner and breakfast and both were delicious. There was a bit of confusion over our table booking, but it was easily sorted. The background music in the restaurant was a bit random at times and less background more foreground, but overall this is a lovely place and we would definitely go back. Do leave plenty of time to sort out your parking - as the car park nearby is very busy and didn't give any indication of parking enforcement timings so we paid for all the time we were there "just in case"!

Great location, just remember there's no onsite parking but plenty of nearby car parks. Expect to pay about £17 for 24 hours but...the room price is so good and reflects this. Room was spotless and really well designed with a fridge (these things matter) Most staff are amazing, in particular Chloe and the young woman with plaits (Sorry we didn't get your name) everyone was helpful. This is a great stopover and we'd definitely return. Food was very good and well priced.

Ideal location with fantastic views across Swansea Bay. Super helpful staff (thank you Alex!) and clean quiet room. Very comfortable bed. Good value breakfast in restaurant. Enjoyed our short stay there and would certainly return.

Nice hotel in a great position on Mumbles Bay, with some good little restaurants nearby. The hotel restaurant is good too with reasonably priced food. Great breakfast selection. Sea front rooms have fantastic views, really comfortable with all you need. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would visit again. Staff are all really friendly and helpful, especially Rhys. Thank you.

We had a really comfortable time with a great room (No 7) with a splendid sea view. Reception was warm and the breakfast superb, served well with plenty of choice on the buffet. This was our second visit. There'll be more!
