Villa Kaya

Villa Kaya was by far one of the best locations I've stayed at in the Caribbean. The resort is extremely well designed and maintained (extremely modern) and has, by far, the best staff ever. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and made our stay absolutely fantastic. The homemade breakfast each was PHENOMENAL and enjoyed the opportunity to also chat with the staff during that time. The location is also fantastic as it is literally in between Grand Anse and BBC beaches, a 2 minute walk to Brisa Mar and La Plywood, has a great view of BBC beach, and in a very serene location on Quarantine Point. Mia (manager) was absolutely a delight and ensured we had a quick tour of the resort upon arrival and was EXTREMELY helpful with getting acclimated at the resort and helping us navigate restaurants, tours, and getting around the island. This location should be on anyone's bucket list in the Caribbean, you will not be disappointed and the resort and staff are absolutely the best (the staff made us feel like we were part of their family during our stay). We already booked for next March and already looking forward to returning.

Villa Kaya was everything I needed and more! It’s in the perfect location—just steps from an amazing beach—and the views are unreal. The boutique vibe made it feel peaceful and personal, and the rooms were clean, stylish, and super comfortable. Mia and the staff were amazing—friendly, helpful, and always going above and beyond. Breakfast each morning was delicious, and when I asked for something specific, they had it ready the next day! I stayed in both the Coral Reef Seaview Suite and the Seashell Villa—both were great, but the Seashell Villa stole my heart. Definitely worth it! We had the best time at Villa Kaya! Everything was better than we had imagine. The place is breathtaking, especially the view of our balcony. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Huge shoutout to Mia who helped us book dinner reservations and sent us complementary champagne. We can’t wait to go back to Grenada, we will always know to choose Villa Kaya as our home away from home.

A Hidden Gem Despite traveling quite a bit, I rarely leave reviews for hotels. I don’t because most times where we stay generally blends into the background. However, Villa Kaya was so impressive, I made it a point to come home and write a review to let everyone know just how special a place it really is. Typically, I find photographs of hotels are never quite as nice as the real thing. In this case, I’m not sure the photographs do it justice. The view of the bay is stunning from any angle and the grounds are so well-thought out and meticulously planned, it makes even a lazy vacationer stop and appreciate it. As it is terraced, you get different views depending on where you are, but you know you are on a tropical island no matter where you look. Our room was spotless, modern and had everything one would need. The pool was perfect for a quick dip and literally steps away from the bay where you can wade to the beach or take their kayak/paddleboards. Breakfast was simple, local and fresh. It was arguably our favorite meal every day. Perhaps the best part of breakfast was a chance to talk to the owner about himself and the island. He is a great resource for steering you in the right direction for things to do, but laid back enough to let you make your own way. It isn’t the biggest or most expensive resort , but I would put it up against of them. If you want to get out and experience Grenada’s natural beauty while having a perfect home base to do it, I could not recommend it enough

Wonderful place, prettier than the pictures! A fantastic place! I'm not sure how to write this without sounding hyperbolic, but it was truly a perfect experience. The property is small and offered a ton of privacy - we had the pool and the ocean all to ourselves. The room felt new and had everything we needed, and a lot of extra thoughtful touches - Private outdoor area in the shade was a big plus. The staff is friendly and helpful, and truly had our best experience in mind. My favorite thing was watching the turtles swim around the bay each morning.
