It was a nice stay, location is great and nearby all kind of München icons , renting a bike is a great idea tour in the city
The metro station is nearby also a mall and a KFC restaurant.
The breakfast was good 
The room was clean
The hotel have bikes for rent but it was not available while we requested so we had used an app.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and would like to share my experience. The room I stayed in is in a quiet location and is also close to the train station, which was extremely convenient. A particular highlight of the room was the small window in the shower that let in natural light, making for a pleasant showering experience.

The kitchenette was well equipped with a microwave, kettle, fridge and even a Nespresso machine. The impression of the kitchenette was further enhanced by the use of black granite countertops. Crockery and cutlery were also available, which made self-catering very convenient.

The room had a large modern Philips TV with internet connection, offering a variety of entertainment options. But the most outstanding feature of the stay was the extremely friendly staff, who were always helpful and courteous. Overall, my stay here was extremely pleasant and comfortable. I can highly recommend this hotel.

Cons:
Unreliable internet in the room so I would not stay at the hotel if you need to do videocalls, Teams meetings, etc from the quietnesses of your room
No password needed for Internet
Zero privacy in the shower, window with no curtain so other guests in the room will have full view of you

Pros:
Comfy and clean room
Big desk to work, write, etc
Good natural light
Nice workspace downstairs
Nespresso machine with coffee capsules renewed every day
Nice counter to prepare breakfast
Beautifully decorated
I paid 80 euros per night for a double room, good value for money


Everything is perfect.  Big spacious room. Interesting design. Good view. 
Note they dont have microwave only oven.  

Its clean and neat. Note Room service only after 3 days. 

Location is walkable to old town.

My heartfelt thanks to the lovely Guest Service Agents Natali, Rafael and the young pretty lady. They are really helpful and professional in rendering help as well as getting my queries answered. The breakfast is nice though variety can be improved. I particularly love the museli cereal with big choco chunks. The kiwi they provided during breakfast is very sweet too. This apt is less than 15 mins walk from Altstetten. They provide all-in-one shampoo/bath wash/hand wash and body lotion. Do note that they do not have air con system.
