The room is very quiet, the bathroom is clean, very safe, and the front desk is very helpful. I stayed here for one night and the experience was very good. If you are here for the first time and you are alone and want to save money, you can come here, and it is in the city center. It's very convenient to go out, especially very close to the entrance.

T who runs the place is the most helpful knowledgeable person you'll come across. Makes you feel so welcome, nothing is a problem. Great facilities, it's like a house, as in it's got all you might need. I have had a most enjoyable stay. I wish them some busyness because they deserve it. Just not when I come back to stay (from Christchurch) lol. All the best, if I'm ever in the area I'm staying here again!

Everything was okay but only the floor carpet in girls room I think they need to put on the timber floor it will be better than the carpet .and no parking for customer it’s very hard to get a parking

Really homey vibe with great staff which accommodate your every need. Washing services free and pool table/ common room is a good size. Plenty of room to store your food and oven, microwave, toaster and stove to cook with. The rooms are spacious with big lockers and the no food or drink in the dorms is a good rule. Safe and secure so would definitely recommend to anyone passing as the prices are extremely reasonable especially if you’re coming as a duo or bigger group.

The hostel is a small, quiet one, with nice rooms, good bathrooms a well equipped kitchen and a nice common area. The managers are lovely guys and very helpful. If you like fishing, bring your rod. There are lots of places to catch some fish....

great place to stay, manager was very nice, place was clean and tidy, and central to everything i wanted to see, great water pressure in the shower and I can not wait to go back and do some fishing, and they have the best rates in the area

Wonderful stay, everything you need (full use of kitchen and laundry) only a short walk to the beach or lake and a pub that cooks a tasty steak right across the road. Will never stay at a hotel again and will 100% stay here again if ever visiting the entrance
