This place is just across Top Golf driving range .
There is a water park a couple of blocks away .
Plenty of eateries and shopping area are all around .

Overall the hotel was okay. My biggest problem was the black mold growing on the ceiling and the smell of mildew. The lighting in the bathroom was horrible for getting ready. The staff was friendly but overwhelmed at times at the front dest. I couldn't order my starbucks order because of it.

Water Could have been hotter, and the pressure was a little low. I enjoyed my visit, and the breakfast was very good hoping to come back.

This hotel experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. Despite making a reservation for a double bed and pullout sofa online, upon arrival I was informed that they were all out of double beds. Instead, we were crammed into a king room with a sofa that had to serve as a bed for five people. The staff showed little concern or effort to rectify the situation. To make matters worse, every day we were there, new charges were added to my card without explanation, depleting my emergency funds.The employees continuously promised to have the manager assist us, yet we never saw them. This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had and I will never stay at a Hyatt again.

The hotel was just okay, nothing special or out of the ordinary. We were here for a convention and were told the shuttle here would take us where ever we want to go within 5 miles. Anytime we asked to be taken somewhere it seemed like a burden to the employees. July 19th we attempted to use the shuttle service around 8:30 pm to go to a store near south lake which was 4.5 miles away. The shuttle driver told us no because they “don’t go to south lake.” When talking to the front desk lady she had no idea this was a thing as it was within the 5 mile radius. The driver was rude and terrible our whole visit!

Horrible. Out all day to come back at 11pm and can't get into room. Got 4 different keys and then told battery on door lock was dead. No one could find charger for battery. Manager contacted didn't care, didn't come down and help customer. They call maintenance guy who was supposed to come down in 5 minutes and 40 minutes later comes down. No one knows where charger is and still waiting an hour later. Manager couldn't care less, maintenance guy has no clue, need to take medicine and can't because I can't get into room. Horrible. Don't stay here they truly don't care. Next morning met with manager, Flavio, who couldn't have cared less. Stayed there for 3 nights with my points and after ruining my stay offers to give my points back for 1 night!! Ruins 3 nights and offers me my points for 1 night. Great customer care with that offer. Any reasonable manager would have given my points back for 3 nights. When I asked why he didn't come down to hotel when he was contacted he said he was 45 minutes away and seemed offended I would even suggest he come down and care about his clients well being. Horrible.
