I love this holiday inn. First of all, the mattress is super comfortable, neither too hard nor too soft to make people hurt. Then the breakfast is very rich and there are a lot of fruits. Close to the airport, no need to worry about traffic

We are a family of 4 and stayed there for a night on the way north. As the hotel is on the north edge of Dallas it takes no time to get out of Dallas next morning. We booked a dual queen mobility accessible room. The room was clean and spacious with a large bath and even a bath tub. Beds were soft and nice. The location was quiet and we slept well. Microwave and fridge worked. WiFi worked great. Free parking. Nearby is a waterpark, and all kind of stores and fast-food options. They charged for breakfast, so we took the breakfast another place. We were happy with the stay, a great place to stay along the road.

I’m writing to express my deep disappointment with a recent experience at this property. I had a prepaid reservation for a two-night stay, but upon arrival, I was denied check-in because I did not have a physical credit card with me—even though the stay had already been paid in full. This policy was not clearly stated during booking. To make matters worse, the general manager on site was unhelpful and unwilling to offer any workaround or support. I ultimately received only a partial refund despite not staying even one night. What’s especially frustrating is that other hotels—including Hilton Express and Quality Inn, where I have stayed before—support modern, contactless payment options such as tap-to-pay. It’s disappointing that your hotel does not offer similar flexibility or customer-focused solutions. I respectfully request a full refund of the amount paid, along with a formal explanation of your policies and how you intend to improve the guest experience moving forward. I believe this situation could have been handled with greater care and empathy as well as true professionalism.
