My wife and I stayed here for one night. Was checked in by a very polite, upbeat, great guy. Quin I think was his name. Great employee. Hotel is fairly new. Great colors and decor. Breakfast options weee great. Would maybe stay here again. Great location. Close to a lot of restaurants. Here is what is keeping it from being a 5 rating and changing us to a definitely would come back. First, the breakfast starts to late. 7:30. Second, they only have ice on the second and fourth floor. We were on the 1st floor. They said I needed to go to the second floor. I go up there, and the ice machine is broke. Then go to the fourth floor to finally get ice. Third. In the room. Found a couple hairs in the bath tub. Seen some finger prints in a couple different areas. Needed more k-cups. Ice bucket top was broke and didn’t look to appealing. So, that’s are take on it. If there’s to many little things like that, it adds up. But a huge kudos to the employees and breakfast quality.

Took a quick trip out to the DFW area. Checked in on the email, and was told that I would get an email when the room was ready, it never came.. got to the hotel a little after 3. The front desk personnel were very pleasant and once the confusion over my name (which was kind of funny) got checked in very quickly. The room was bright and clean..not thr best view, but that is ok. The breakfast started at 7am and was good. Just a fairly generic breakfast with cereal, muffins, bagels, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, but the pancake maker was cool. Only down side was the apparent consistent confusion about the fact that holiday inn and the holiday express are essentially right next door (the food delivery guy went to the wrong hotel and actually knocked on the door) before calling us. We would definitely stay there again.

Feels like a new hotel. Clean, quiet, safe, crisp, clean, smells good can all be said about this hotel. Breakfast alone makes me saying I will be staying at a Holiday Inn again. So many yummy choices. Cinnamon rolls, pancakes, biscuits & gravy, bagels, omelets, bacon, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, several juices to choose from. Very tasty.
