The view was spectacular. The unit was clean and great for a family. We enjoyed the pool and we were walking distance to the beach.

Couldn’t have asked for more from this stay. The owner was very attentive of my needs and informative. The room was amazing and we loved the view. The hotel pool was amazingly warm, it was just perfect

My son and I had a lovely time here for his birthday. I was initially disappointed because the property was listed as oceanfront but it definitely was not. It was however right down the street from Smith’s Reef where we had the best snorkeling experience of our lives. Communication with Michael was seamless and he was a pleasure. The condo was beautifully kept and had everything we needed. Will stay again whenever we make it back to Turks and Caicos!

I had a great stay at this rental! The property was clean, well-maintained, and had all the essentials for a comfortable visit. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area. The host was responsive and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in and stay.
A few minor improvements could make it a perfect five-star experience—perhaps some additional amenities or a little extra attention to detail in certain areas. Overall, though, I’d highly recommend this place and would gladly stay again!

The property is beautiful I got a lot of exercise during my stay with the steps great for a piece of mind close to the beach and the Fish Fry that’s popular there.

This was my second time to TCI and I’m so glad I chose this place. Host was responsive and very helpful. Very close and central to all the hotspots and local activities. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Good: safe location on island, big pools with umbrellas and lounge chairs, nice condo with large deck, washer and dryer
Fair: condition of couch and chairs—deep cleaning needed, few towels and wash cloths, communication regarding codes—should have been sent 24-48 before arrival
Poor: No sheets for pullout on first night, no batteries for tv remote delivered, a/c not working upon arrival
