The Palms Turks and Caicos

We just checked out of The Palms today and want to share this positive review. The property is amazing. The location on Grace Bay Beach is really nice. We Admit that this is our first trip to Turks, but I was careful to read the reviews and felt like The Palms would be a good choice for our tastes. It was all that and more I’ve read a few reviews to say the property was dated, but we didn’t think so at all. It has an elegant Caribbean vibe. Lots of stone and marble used everywhere. Our junior sweet was perfect offering plenty of room to stretch out. The balcony overlooked a shady garden and honestly, we loved the reprive from the heat and sun having spent our whole day by the beach and pool We ate at the resort a few nights and thought the food was very good. The completely breakfast is fantastic. We will miss the hospitality of the Turks staff as they went out of their way to be sure you had all you needed We will return to The Palms for sure

Zerjko was fabulous! we had lunch with him and a few drinks on our first full day and he absolutely set the vibe!! Thank you to him and the whole crew, everyone was so welcoming and truly had our best interest at heart.

This place is perfect. Great beaches. Great food. What else do you want? Oh maybe Zedjko at the bar and his perfect mezcal margarita! This is the best Caribbean island and stay we’re have had! Everything is top notch and if you want to explore off island it couldn’t be easier. Parasailing, snorkeling, and tubing all right here. We will be back!

The Palms overall was a super relaxing stay for my wife and I. We truly enjoyed the ocean water and white sand beach as the hotel sits right on the beach. I have never seen more clear, aqua, clean water (and white sand) and the water had a delightful, very mild chill to it even during July when we visited. The staff at the Palms was amazing. I would like to thank especially these individuals: Ashtraneak, Jane Sweeting and Isemena. Ashtraneak and Jane took great care of our breakfast experience each day and they both have a delightful sense of humor. Also, if Ashtraneak is your server at breakfast and it is your birthday, she will sing happy birthday to you (she has the kind of voice that could win an American Idol contest, honestly)! Isemena took great care of cleaning our room and she was so sweet and made up our room perfectly each day. The entire staff at The Palms is highly attentive, intelligent, worldly and they seemed to all bring a great sense of humor. We wish we could remember all the names but also Chanel was a great concierge for us and so positive to work with including a very nice additional concierge originally from Serbia (I can't remember her name-my bad- but she was awesome too). The doormen were also truly attentive. The only other thing I would offer from a constructive point of view was that the breakfast offerings were good but not great. We have been lucky to travel to Europe where the breakfast offerings are truly excellent and they include fresh yogurt (not offered in a yogurt pre-packaged container) and the presentation of the breakfast food is typically A plus in Europe. Just a minor recommendation. We highly recommend your next stay at The Palms in Turks and Caicos. The staff and the hotel made a huge difference and this was an amazing and memorable stay for us. They will treat you like family!

I do not recall having stayed in any more luxury, well catered for spot than the Palms in the TCI. Everything had a touch of Bond - how the bath tub was positioned, styled design, spacious set-up. Did I mention the views from rooms and the balcony? Apart from design, fresh fruit every day, a welcome goodie bag and other on the ball services were those touches you do not get at your average five star resort. As large as this resort might seem - personal attention is in place. Outstanding!

During our stay at The Palms Resort in the Turks and Caicos Islands, breakfast quickly became one of our favorite parts of the day — thanks in large part to Arlean. Her warm welcome, attentive service, and genuine kindness made every morning feel special. She remembered our preferences, always greeted us with a smile, and made sure everything was perfect. Arlean’s professionalism and personal touch truly elevated our experience. The food was delicious, but it was Arlean’s great work that made breakfast unforgettable!
