We recently spent a week at Beaches for my Niece's wedding. It was an enjoyable stay. Found Turtles bar which was a great hideout with great bartending, quiet atmosphere and strong A/C. Enjoyed time at the pools, beach and enjoyed almost half of the restaurants. Looking forward to next trip.

Do it go to Beaches at Turks. There is a ton of construction and all I heard outside my room was sawing and pounding. They offered no monetary compensation except for $250 to use at the hotel. This is an all inclusive so what am I doing with $250? Buying souvenirs? Horrible

I met Jade during our loyalty lunch! We had fun during Bingo! He was very fun & helpful! Later that night We went to karaoke while at the resort & Jade & Mariela had us entertained! Thry were personable! They let us sing our hearts out and had a huge personality! Best part of our vacation! 10 stars!!!!

We just got back from the most incredible trip to Beaches Turks & Caicos, where we had our vow renewal with 36 of our closest family and friends. It was everything we hoped for and more. Most of our group stayed in the Caribbean Village, which did have some construction going on. But Beaches handled it really well. Anyone staying close to the work was given a room credit without even asking, which we really appreciated. The wedding team was amazing. We had a welcome hour the night before the ceremony with drinks and appetizers, and the food was so good. There was plenty of it, and most of our guests didn’t even go to dinner afterward because they were already full. Beaches let us switch the location of every part of the event with no problem. They followed every detail I asked for and truly made the vision come to life. Shineya, our planner, was incredible. She thought of everything before I even had to ask. Her team made sure all of our decor and items were handled with care. They even picked up the welcome bags from our room and had them waiting on the tables for the welcome hour. After the ceremony, everything we brought was delivered back to our room, packed up perfectly. The staff went above and beyond. Shelldon, Gavin, and the other servers at our cocktail hour were so friendly. We ended up chatting with them for a while because they were just that great. They took time to learn the names of guests with food allergies and personally checked in with them to make sure they were taken care of. They also remembered all of the kids’ names and were so kind to them. As a nursing mom, I really appreciated that someone was always checking in to make sure I had water. On our last night, we had a candlelight dinner and Jems was our server. He made it such a special way to end the trip. We were also upgraded to a concierge room in the Italian Village, which was a really nice surprise and made the whole trip feel even more special. Our photographer, Rooftop, was great with the kids and got so many amazing photos quickly and efficiently. He kept everyone smiling and comfortable the whole time. We’re already talking about coming back. Beaches truly made us feel celebrated and taken care of, and we’ll remember this trip forever.

Just back from a weeks stay at this resort, my god it has gone down hill. I went here in 2022 and had the best time ever. Stayed in the French Village, seems all the rooms need an upgrade, but first room we had cockroaches, asked to move and this was accepted, 2nd room was even worse as we had bed bugs and bites to match. Mattress and bedding changed and was ok for the rest of the trip. Staff at this resort act like you are an inconvenience, specially the pool bar staff, I don't understand why you would place your most miserable staff in the 2nd most important customer facing roles behind the Entertainments team. Cleaners friendly as you like, Gardners chatty and helpful as ever, water-sports guys were brilliant. But reception and bar staff, so rude, specially the pool bars and pub. Coffee machine didn't work 3 out of the 7 days in Cafe de Paris which was disappointing, could not book reservation's for Kimonos, and unaccetable waits for food, specially at Marios. Check in took forever. Food quality not as good as previous visit.
