A very good resort hotel, five-star, with complete facilities, two swimming pools with indoor and outdoor views, and two or three hot spring pools. The slide is also fun. The hotel will give you a small kettle and a welcome shell necklace. The hotel staff is very friendly. Andre from the housekeeping department took me upstairs and downstairs to help me. He was afraid that I couldn't find the ice machine on the floor. The only bad experience was that there was a protest by their temporary workers at the entrance of the hotel parking lot. Because the hotel does not sign contracts with them, they are all temporary workers. The hotel's catering is very average. The pork ribs are a bit overcooked. Sitting in the hotel yard, you can see manta rays eating. Parking is $30 per day and valet parking is $40. It's a bit expensive, but I still recommend it when I see a discount. We have stayed in several Kona hotels and this one has the best value for money.

This was my second return visit, and it was a comfortable accommodation that did not disappoint. Daniel, the front office manager, provides sincere answers to advance request emails and tries to accommodate the customer's needs as much as possible. Thank you, I was satisfied with the hotel's service. The spacious rooms, balconies, and cleanly renovated bathrooms were comfortable, and the ocean view from the balcony was beautiful. The beds were in good condition so you could sleep comfortably, and you could relax in the quiet swimming pool. The facilities and restaurant were also satisfactory, so it was comfortable and I would like to visit again. I highly recommend it as it is a good resort. If you visit the same resort, Manuakea Resort, which is a 20-minute walk away, you can have fun while using the various atmosphere and facilities.

I was surprised at how big the resort hotel was. There was a tram, but no boats. The service to make inquiries in Japanese ended in March. The shuttle bus to the nearby shopping mall was $5 one way, so I walked there (just over 20 minutes). The room was spacious, but the water flow in the bathtub was not so good. From the room, you could see the golf course and the sea. The grounds are large, so I got up early in the morning and took a walk, which felt great. The best spots to see the sunset were written on the map of the grounds, so I was able to see a really beautiful sunset. There were sea turtles and dolphins, and a fun pool, so I had a wonderful time.

Hotel is very nice with many swimpools and beach. But service is not that great and hotel breakfast is expensive and not good. I paid so much for each day and you don’t get too much service. If you book early I think it’s still worth it to stay this hotel. Location is very good, near by have markets and shop is very unique. I would like to thank you Ctrip for all you hard work make our holiday very special.
