As a doctor couple who frequently travel internationally for both medical congresses and personal vacations, we’ve stayed at countless hotels across many countries. Sadly, our experience at ALEA Suites Hotel in Thassos was among the most disappointing stays we've ever had — mainly due to the shockingly rude behavior of one particular restaurant staff member (Jannis). At first, we were genuinely happy with the warm reception, clean rooms, and the beautiful beach. However, that satisfaction was completely ruined by the unprofessional, condescending, and even humiliating attitude of Jannis during dinner service. Unfortunately, he continued his disrespectful behavior the following morning at breakfast as well. We chose an all-inclusive package expecting relaxation and kind service — certainly not to be humiliated by employees who seemed to forget they are there to serve guests, not to act like their superiors. Such behavior is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. We want to emphasize that the rest of the restaurant staff were polite and respectful, which makes this contrast even more striking — and frankly unacceptable. An all-inclusive stay should offer peace and hospitality, not stress caused by a single arrogant employee. We absolutely do not recommend this hotel to travelers who value kindness and respectful service. ALEA Suites has potential, but unless the management addresses such behavior seriously, our advice is to choose another place where guests are treated with dignity

The hotel was super nice, all of the staff especially, Marios and Sofilena, were professional. Beach was clean and spacious as rooms were. Really recommending.

The service was outstanding, with the staff always attentive, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to make our stay as comfortable as possible. For beach lovers, this hotel is a dream come true. Located right on a stunning sandy beach with crystal-clear waters, it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. We spent most of our days soaking up the sun and enjoying the serene beauty of the sea. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a combination of excellent service and a prime beachfront location!

The beachfront dining experience was one of our favorite moments. Enjoying dinner while listening to the sound of the waves was truly magical. The hotel provided a romantic atmosphere with thoughtful touches, like champagne on arrival. If you’re looking to unwind, this hotel has it all: a serene beach, beautiful pools, and peaceful surroundings. We left feeling completely refreshed.

Our room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for a pleasant stay, including a large balcony with a great view.The hotel is ideal for families with kids. The children's activities, clean rooms, and great pools made it an unforgettable experience. The buffet had options for every taste!

Our room had a stunning sea view and was equipped with modern amenities. We appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, especially around the adults-only pool. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the room service was prompt. A great place to recharge and relax.
