I'll start with the positives. Fantastic hotel located right on the beach. Entrance to the beach through the hotel restaurant. However, the beach is small and crowded. However, about 200 m away there is a very large and beautiful sand and pebble beach. The hotel is located between two tourist towns with paths leading to them. The smaller one, Potos, is about 800 m away, and the larger one, Limenaria, is about 3 km away. Limenaria is especially worth visiting, as there is a very picturesque path leading to it. In both towns there are bars and restaurants serving seafood and fish at affordable prices, which is of great importance, as described later in the description. In Pefkari itself there are also pubs with even more affordable prices. 300 m from the hotel there is a large supermarket with good prices and a bus stop. Small rooms, cleaned every day. However, the toiletries were not replenished. The room had a fridge and coffee making facilities. According to the offer, air conditioning was to be paid for, EUR 4 per day, but in the end we did not pay for it. A big advantage on the island is punctuality, which is not so obvious in Greece. All buses, ferries and car rental representatives were on time. Well, now the minuses. First of all, the food. Breakfasts were monotonous and uninteresting, and I'm not picky because it's not the first time I've been to Greece. Dinners are honestly a farce. They are served in the hotel's restaurant. You choose from 2 courses and you have to make your choice after breakfast. Whatever you choose is far from ideal. Unlimited salads are available for lunch, unless they run out, water in a jug and a symbolic dessert. Unfortunately, the dinners are tasteless. What is most interesting, in the restaurant you can order dinner outside meal times and it is used by people from outside the hotel. Fish, seafood and pizza are served. Everything tasty and quite good prices. During the entire stay, i.e. 15 days, no seafood or pizza was served as part of the meals. And the price for them really wasn't high in the restaurant. The worst thing is that we chose the hotel because of the positive reviews about the meals. I don't know who wrote them, but these opinions are untrue and please do not be influenced by them. Additionally, the restaurant staff were busier with guests who came to the restaurant from outside. Guests who paid on a regular basis were more important than those who had already paid for the hotel service. The swimming pool at the hotel was located at the entrance to it from the main road. It had a few sun loungers and was clean, but due to its location and generally sad appearance, no one used it.
