Location is great, in a small bay with a beautiful beach, in spite of the few meters of stones covered seabed which need to be negotiated before entering the sea, so beach shoes are recommended. One thing that puzzled me though was the fact that coming from the direction of the ferry there seems to be no way to turn off in the direction of the resort from the main road without breaking the traffic code, as there is a no left turn sign and an unbroken center line. Rooms are quite nice too. Judging by the flags outside the reception area the resort was frequented by nationals from a few countries, Bulgaria being one them. Where points can be deducted from the overall impressionis the food in the restaurant. During our 7 day stay at the resort there was minimal to no variation in the provided food from one day to the next, both for breakfast and dinner. Whatever fruit was provided came sliced in miniature pieces, fit for a small child. I can understand the desire to avoid food wastage, but that was definitely taking things too far. Another group of Bulgarian tourists who had been to the same resort the year before were surprised by the marked downgrading of the quality of the food served. Another food related issue. The only option offered to our group was half board, i.e. breakfast and dinner, with no other option, but the hotel was also offering, to tourists from select few countries, full board as well, which apparently wasn‘t available to Bulgarian tourists! I felt like going back in time 40+ years. How can one even justify such an approach towards paying customers this day and age us beyond my comprehension?! Real shame!
